FOIA lawsuit seeks to force DEA, DOJ to come clean on House of Death

The bureaucrats at the Department of Justice know something about the House of Death mass murder case that they don't want the public to discover.

And it appears they are even willing to defy federal law in order to assure that information never sees the light of day.

At least that is the concern Bill Weaver, senior advisor for the National Security Whistleblowers Coalition (NSWBC), raises in a lawsuit he filed recently against DEA and its parent agency, DOJ.

The litigation, which Weaver says is “part of an effort by the NSWBC” to expose the truth in the House of Death, was filed under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). It alleges that Washington bureaucrats are stonewalling the release of public records that promise to further illuminate the government’s role in facilitating the House of Death bloodshed.

In addition to President Bush, the defendants are Vice President Richard B. Cheney, former National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice -- who's now the Secretary of State, of course -- Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, and former Secretary of State Colin Powell.

It's a one-count proposed indictment: Conspiracy to Defraud the United States in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371. George W. Bush is a murderer, and a prolific one at that. He has deployed surrogates to kill more than one hundred thousand Iraqi civilians in a ruthless slaughter that is ongoing. The fact that he murders via remote control from the Oval Office does not confer legitimacy to his crimes. If anything, it makes them all the more despicable.

Bush is slaying people in the name of democracy, yet his commitment to democracy has already been debunked in Haiti and Venezuela, not to mention Florida and Ohio. Recently released State Department papers reveal that the former Texas governor is murdering Iraqis for the purpose of stealing their oil, which was always obvious and is now documented. There may be worse motives for killing people than thievery, but none leaps immediately to mind.

The level of cruelty involved in this theft is awe-inspiring. At Bush’s behest, the United States military has “neutralized” unarmed Iraqis by dropping cluster bombs on them, showering them with napalm, shooting them from helicopters, executing them in mosques, and torturing them in dungeons. The BBC broadcast an interview with a grieving woman whose pregnant daughter had been machine-gunned by U.S. troops, which is the one method of abortion that conservatives are willing to tolerate. Free humans worldwide who have discovered the real truth about 9/11 will never stop until the military industrial complex mass-murderers who carried out the attacks are brought to justice. In major polls, the majority of Americans and the people of the world know that 9/11 was an inside job. State-sponsored terror is the fount of globalist power and must be shattered if humanity has any chance to be free in the future.

The explosive momentum of 9/11 truth for the moment is dimming, but like a fire that is dying, we must re-double our efforts and throw on even more fuel-- that fuel is truth. And the ocean of lies poured out by the controlled-corporate media will never extinguish our flames.

We cannot go back to sleep while the Democratic leadership shares power with the psychopathic terrorists who carried out 9/11.

It took over forty years for 80% of the people to learn that the Kennedy assassination was a black-op; in less than five years, the majority of Americans have learned that 9/11 was the same.

Anyone who runs defense for the perpetrators of 9/11-- Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean or anyone who supports them in their cover-up-- are traitors. Think about it: George Bush and his controllers killed 3,000 Americans, launched an illegal war and then butchered the Bill of Rights. And we're all supposed to go back to sleep now because a bunch of seedy Democrats are in lip-locks, sharing power with Bush?

Wake up America. Both parties are bought and paid for by the same interest, and they are waging war against the people of the world.

Call On The Bull Dog - Henry Waxman

Ed Haas is on the money when he rallies everyone to contact new House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi.

However, it is important to also call in the bulldog. Without getting help from the bulldog, Pelosi will never listen.

Who's the bulldog?

Congressman Henry Waxman.

Waxman may be a super-nerdy looking guy, but he is the bulldog of investigations in the House. Even when there was no chance of criminal prosecutions due to the political make-up of the House, Waxman methodically documented wrongdoing in multiple areas and issued numerous, well-documented reports of wrongdoing.

Indeed, the scoop from Republican insiders before the election was that the biggest fear was Waxman being in the majority party, since he is such aninvestigative bulldog (the other main fear was Conyers being in the majority party in the Senate and initiating impeachment proceedings).

While contacting Pelosi is vital, she will not lift a finger unless Waxman tells her it is a vital issue with abundant evidence of wrongdoing. He's the guy who digs up the dirt, and he's been champing at the bit for years to bring criminal investigations against the wrongdoers in Washington. Light a fire under Waxman about 9/11, and he will light a fire under the House leadership.

So please write a thoughtful letter laying out the FACTS which prove that 9/11 was an inside job, and politely demand that Waxman investigate. Please write AND fax. If you have time, please also call.

Thoughtful, fact-based letters with links to source materials may push him to the next level. And once the bulldog is on the trail of wrongdoing, he just might not let go.

Bush's Reaction To WTC1 Being Hit

Bill Maher "impeachment Bush!"

On October 25th, Bill Maher was interviewed by Joe Scarborough on the usually worthless program, "Scarborough Country".

They tossed the ball around about impeachment with a Democratically-controlled Congress. Maher said;

"...I'd impeach him for sitting there for seven minutes on 9/11 when he was told the country was under attack."

I like the fact that Maher is willing to talk about the lack of action at that point in time on 9/11, but I think he's asking the wrong questions. He should also stop mocking 9/11 skeptics, because if it wasn't for them, Maher wouldn't even know about those 7 minutes.
