Police in American cities are cracking down on chalk artwork, but not
all of them - only those Occupy Wall Street-related. Last month 17
people have been arrested in los Angeles causing a bit of chaos, but
there has yet to be a charge because chalking is not illegal. Last
Thursday occupiers across the country pushed back when Occupy LA
declared August 9 the "Chalkupy the World" Day. Police got the memo
and responded with arrests in cities like Austin Texas. Alex Schaefer
