New sanctions on Iran

Perhaps a continuation of the Bush administration, Barack Obama plans to impose new sanctions on Iran. Jason Ditz says that although it may be popular politically, maybe not diplomatically. A Chinese veto could prevent the new sanctions from ever happening.
