A second blizzard has came through Washington DC and has paralyzed the city. The US government is closed at a cost of $100 million dollars a day. Most of the business in the area are as well, all bracing for the storm. The snow has been taking a toll on public transportation as well, taxis, bus and even the metro have been affected by this.
