Harper's editor: Black sites and "suicides" at Gitmo

One year ago, Barack Obama promised to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay. Not only does Gitmo remain open, but questions about the treatment of prisoners there continues. Scott Horton, contributing editor at Harper's, suggests that the suspicious deaths of three prisoners there in 2006 were covered up by both the Bush and Obama administrations.
