Staying in Afghanistan will not make America safe

As new elections are called in Afghanistan, a fight is breaking out in the Obama Administration over when or if to send more U.S. troops to the country. Some experts say that troops shouldn't be sent to Afghanistan until it has a legitimate government, but what constitutes a legitimate government is up for debate. Dina Gusovsky talks to Malou Innocent from the Cato Institute about the ongoing issues in Afghanistan.
