Diseases spread in Philippines floodwaters

Rescue and health authorities in the Philippines are struggling to cope after two typhoons hit the country in September.
Residents of the capital, Manila, are now faced with deadly waterborne diseases, as bacteria breeds in the stagnant floodwaters.
Leptospirosis, a disease spread by rat urine, has killed around 100 people since the storms struck and it is believed 1.5 million people are at risk.
Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Manila.
