As violence increases in Afghanistan and the world prepares for a runoff election on November 7th, the Obama administration has some big decisions to make. Send more troops, or change the military strategy completely? In the meantime, there seems to be another war brewing between the White House and the Pentagon in regards to military efforts in the region. So will Afghanistan be Obama's Vietnam, or his greatest foreign policy success? RT's Dina Gusovsky speaks to Pat Buchanan about all of these issues.
