Pakistanis angry at U.S. aid bill

The Kerry-Lugar bill has caused so much anti-American sentiment in Pakistan, prompting Pakistan's foreign minister to travel to Washington D.C. to express his concerns about the U.S. aid bill. Senator John Kerry says he wants a chance to explain why this bill would be both necessary and beneficial. But could it be too little too late?
