Obama owes 'Yes We Can' slogan to Russia?

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has gone deep into Russia. She arrived in Kazan - the capital of Russia's republic of Tatarstan - from Moscow. Besides learning local culture and Muslim traditions, she found out that the US President Obama owes something to this republic .
