Obama cabinet fights over policy change

Although Barack Obama promised change in U.S. foreign policy, not all members of his administration agree with his plans. An
"old" and "new" generation in the executive branch coupled with holdovers from the Bush Administration in the State Department and the Pentagon are making moving forward difficult.
