The Bail Out: US rich reap fortune amid foreclosures

Barack Obama has called on U.S. banks to return a favour to the American people. The President wants more lending to small businesses, in return for the hefty government bail out. But the average American is dismayed by the fat cats, once again, gorging on huge bonuses.
