Deaths at immigration detention centers have gone unreported

More than one in ten deaths at U.S. immigration detention centers have been left off an official list. More than 400,00 people are awaiting deportation by the United States government. This announcement has raised concerns with many that there is a lack of transparency in the immigration detention system.
