Six years after the U.S. began its war in Iraq, many wonder how things have changed in that country. A source has told RT contributor and investigative journalist Wayne Madsen that Iraqis are living with limited electricity and very few water supplies. Madsen discusses why the money and resources the U.S. has poured into Iraq haven't changed the situation.
