Three years ago, in February, Moscows weather dropped to a staggering minus 37 Celsius! Each year people actually die on the streets due to large icicles falling from the buildings. Its a daily chore slipping and sliding through the icy streets. Imagine stepping outside your door every morning only to be greeted by an ice rink! How does Moscow cope with the snow and minus temperatures when other cities in the world come to a standstill? The Moscow Out team discusses the problems of freezing Russia.
