Once again the world's most influential businessmen magnates, politicians, intellectuals and journalists have gathered in the Swiss ski resort in Davos to discuss the ongoing global crisis. Gloomy economic prospects currently dominate discussions in Davos. Quite surprisingly, the Russian Prime Minister appeared quite self-confident and fairly optimistic as he addressed the Forum.
