'House of Cards' Comes to Life
The year has started off with one case after another of state politicians being charged with or convicted of corruption. Recently, the State Integrity Investigation graded states on their risk for corruption. Twenty six states were ranked 'D' or below and not a single state received an 'A' rating. So are politicians becoming more corrupt or are they just getting caught more often? RT correspondent Meghan Lopez takes a closer look at some of the cases and reform efforts.
