Robot drones spying on Americans seems like an inevitable future, but Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is proposing legislation that could curtail the chilling thought. The Preserving Freedom from Unwarranted Surveillance Act of 2012 is supposed to stop the use of drones on American soil, but can this bill really ground the unmanned aircraft in the US?
