American Doctors who Experimented on Humans in Guatamala

This report is NEW, but the victims are from 60 years ago or so, less well known is that American Doctors are used in Mental institutions and were up until its closing in the 1980's near Longview on the Pacific Coast of Ca. and in NYC, and other places. Now there is some that suspect that the Veterans Administration may be using its captive clients for experiments on drugs and non drug vitamins that are for reasons not told the veterans taking them. still, and we lack representation in state Assemblies or Congress to get anyone to really listen and investigate.
