The prisons are overcrowded with a disproportionate number of Afro-Americans. Most of these people are incarcerated due to drug offenses. But do black Americans actually do more drugs than other racial groups? Does the black race really have more criminal tendencies than other groups or is this an attack based on prejudice and bigotry? Is this modern racism based on stereotyping?
