Phil Berg, an activist attorney who brought a RICO lawsuit charging president George W. Bush and 154 others with complicity in the 9/11 attacks and filed a complaint in federal district court in 2008 alleging that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya, and thus not legally qualified to serve as president.
