CNBC Asks Jim Rickards About Silver Market Manipulation by JP Morgan

Jim Rickards interviewed on CNBC about the possibility that JPM is manipulating the silver market. Ted Butler has corresponded with the Justice Department and the DOJ have confimed they are already looking into JPM.
