Obama'sn Stimulus Package: For one race?

Today is the one year anniversary of the stimulus bill that President Barack Obama signed into effect. Obama praised the bill today, however African-american unemployment is 80% higher than white unemployment. Megan Carpentier says that Barack Obamas policies have addressed class not race and that fiscal policies take a long time before the effects are felt.
