Are some Muslim Americans being falsely accused of terrorism?

Nearly on thousand people have signed a petition letter to Barack Obama urging him to investigate criminal cases against Muslims falsely accused of terrorist activites. Fahad Hajmi is one of those accused, his supporters are trying to stay positive however they are concerned that the trial will be unfair.
