Afghan intelligence shows that the ISI, the Pakistani intelligence service, helped the bomber who killed 7 CIA agents in Afghanistan. Is this true? Does it indicate increased tension between the US and Pakistan? RT's Priya Sridhar talks with investigative journalist Gerald Posner.
