President Barack Obama's approval ratings are on the decline, 45% of registered Democrats say they won't vote in midterm 2010 elections, and two veteran Democratic lawmakers announced they're retiring. Now critics are abuzz about the Democratic party losing steam. Has the President's promise of hope and change amounted to more of the same in Washington, disillusioning voters?
