UFO-like lights over Norway 'not linked' to failed Russian missile

Russia's Defense Ministry says the latest test of its new Bulava intercontinental missile in the White Sea has failed. The announcement comes after Norwegian authorities reported strange spiral lights seen in the arctic sky which sparked a wave of UFO frenzy. But the Russian Defence Ministry have not linked the two incidents.
