Afghan army not ready for an exit strategy?

Barack Obama is ready to reveal his plans for Afghanistan, including plans for an exit strategy, but has he taken
all the aspects of the situation into account? The Afghan National Army has a high desertion rate and additionally is split along ethnic lines. Once the Americans pull out, who will take responsibility for the country's security?
