Sumatra quake victims pay for own aid

Much-needed aid is beginning to reach some of those affected by last week's earthquake.

But for some people in the more remote areas outside the main city of Padang, the aid is not coming fast enough.

Al Jazeera's Step Vaessen reports from one such village where survivors have forked out their own money to get food supplies instead of waiting for help to arrive.
