Cliff released a report of George Ure's site on Oct 3rd 2009 predicting a tension building event to take place over a ten day period of time from Oct 25th to Nov 5th.

In George's report Cliff mentions that this tension building event will make light in the financial markets sometime early the 26th. We assume this points to the markets opening on Monday morning in the Asian Markets.

Whether the event is something that happens on the 25th and reacted upon on when the markets open is unknown.
