North Korea ready to revive nuclear talks

North Korean leader Kim Yong Il says his country will return to multi-national talks on its nuclear programme.
But that still depends on the outcome of negotiations with the U.S.
The willingness for further dialogue was revealed during the Chinese Prime Minister's three-day visit there.
