High concerns: Russia named biggest Afghan heroin consumer

While Americas dream of nation-building in Afghanistan gets sand stuck in its gears, Russia is bearing the brunt of the area's growing narcotics trade.
The UN's latest investigation shows that Russia is now the world's biggest Afghan heroin user, with more than 75 (!) tons consumed each year.
