N reports show that there was election fraud in the August Afghan presidential elections. The international community is urging Hamid Karzai to accept a run off. President Obama's officials have said that they will postpone their decision on whether or not to send more troops to Afghanistan till the election situation gets cleared up, but what will that mean for the region and for the troops that are already there?
