Sanctions on Iran inevitable, hints Russia

The world needs smart foreign policy, and measures to stop local conflicts from escalating.
That was the message from the Russian President as he addressed the UN in New York.
Dmitry Medvedev also met face-to-face with President Obama. As expected, Iran's nuclear program was one of the main issues discussed by the two leaders.
