Private contractors bring scandal to Pakistan?

Recently private contractors have been engaged in scandalous behavior at the U.S. embassy in Afghanistan, but now it seems like a new wave of contractors is moving to the streets of Pakistan and now, controversy seems to have hit the U.S. embassy there as well.
