Congress has lowest approval ratings in more than two decades

Research shows that congress's approval ratings are the lowest they've been in more than two decades. With the 2010 midterm elections not too far off, polls show that Republicans and Democrats are neck and neck. Some polls are showing that the Democrats may lose up to 26 seats in those elections, so how is this going to impact President Obama's plans to reform immigration and healthcare?
