Violence has continued to grow in Iraq, with the body count reaching over a hundred. 2009 has seen a rise in suicide bombings and roadside explosions, resulting in many civilian deaths.

Lori Harfenist, a web journalist and host of The Resident, has been asking people on the streets of New York what they think of the bloody situation in Iraq.
