Turley to Obama: Do the right thing by prosecuting torture

Judge Jay Bybee, who authored memos that authorized harsh interrogations during the Bush administration, is now trying to reach out and lobby members of the Nevada delegation in hopes that he wont be disbarred. Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley says that President Obama should do the right thing and prosecute those who participated in the torture program.
