Supreme Court considers prisoners' right to DNA evidence

CNNs Kate Bolduan reported that the Supreme Court is considering whether inmates have a right to DNA evidence that could exonerate them. 44 states and the District of Columbia allow prisoners access to DNA evidence. Six states do not allow it.
