Rahm's 21 Conversations That Never Happened

Some in the media had a field day with a report by a gossip columnist claiming that Rahm Emanuel spoke to Blago and his staff on 21 separate occasions about filling Barack Obama's senate seat, and that each conversation was recorded by FBI wiretaps.

Only one problem: the report was the work of fantasy, fit for a Grisham or Turow novel, but not for the airwaves. As it turns out, Rahm only spoke to Blago once, and it didn't focus on the Senate seat. He spoke to Blago's Chief of Staff four times, and in those conversations did nothing improper.
