HAARP: Holes in Heaven

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) started in 1993 and is an investigation project to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems."

HAARP creates High Frequency waves that are extremely powerful (an adaptation of an invention by Nikola Tesla) and most experts believe that HAARP can indeed produce enough energy to cause an earthquake, among other things, like holes in the ionosphere of the earth (or holes in the sky).
