2. The people in this room (Gary Francoeur, Chairman, N.H. Ballot Law Commission) have the power to OVERTURN the results of the NEW HAMPSHIRE PRIMARY and DECLARE that Hillary Clinton and John McCain were not the first and second place winners.

3. United States Presidential Candidate Albert Howard raised $55,600 and is the first African-American to receive a New Hampshire Primary Recount and to submit an official Petition of Appeal to the N.H. Ballot Law Commission.

4. WE THE PEOPLE have the VICTORY in this situation when we show up in Concord, N.H. on April 18th and PROTEST AND PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS AND SUPPORT THIS HISTORIC HEARING.
