Blackwater guards killed 16 as U.S. touted progress
The firm's contractors have killed or wounded at least 43 people in eight days in Baghdad. Its snipers also killed three guards at an Iraqi TV station earlier this year. The most recent spate of killings comes as a U.S. congressional report slams Blackwater for sending guards to Fallujah unprepared, resulting in the March 2004 massacre of four contractors. →
