One off documentary in which BBC reporters Audrey Brown and James Griffin go undercover in a selection of the UK's biggest supermarkets to investigate an array of food products. They uncover evidence that may make some people think twice before purchasing certain trusted brands.

Having done a little investigating myself, it appears that Katsouris also supply Waitrose and Marks and Spencer, apart from Tesco and Sainsbury which is also alarming.
